Tugu Monument Malang

Malang is located in Indonesian National Route 23, which connects it to Gempol and Kepanjen. Malang has a large intercity bus terminal, Arjosari, located in northern Malang. The primary means of public transportation is by Microvan (most of them are Suzuki Carry) and has Blue color, but these public transports are not usually known for being comfortable, due to the fact that a many people uses them, thus, mostly leading to a cramped condition inside the angkot.

In front of Malang Mayor city hall, there is a round big garden where Tugu Monument, landmark of Malang stands. This garden is rich of beautiful and colorful flowers, the lotus flower. It was Dutch that built the city of Malang with various city plans. The local people said Alun-alun Bunder (Circle Square) and completed with fountain and pool in the middle of it. Monument Tugu garden was former garden of Governor of East Indies Jan Pietersen Zoen Coen that is surrounded by beautiful garden with lotus. There are old trembesi trees grow here.

Holiday is always good moment for everybody. If you like small town and fresh oxygen, better you go to Batu-Malang. Because this place is the cool, fresh hill town. Batu located near Malang, just need around less 1 hours to get there from Malang. Many places you can visit there, but today I want shared about alun-Alun Batu.

Alun Alun, Batu (the centre point of Batu town). A small park in the middle of Batu town, where locals regularly take walks and idle about. The newly re-worked Alun Alun is adorned with representations of pretty much all of Batu's specialties: apples, strawberries, milk-producing cows, rabbits, etc. as booths, lanterns and statues. There is also a decent-sized ferris wheel with Rp.3,000 entrance fee... and a drinking water tap.

This time I live in Bintan Island, since 1999 my parents moved here and I did return here already 3 times, back from college at Yogyakarta (2001-2004), get mutation from my office Batam to Tanjungpinang (2005-2010) and now I am back here again on 2015 after I got job in Jakarta. Because I love beach and I would be a nice person if I share the nice information about Bintan Island. Actually in Indonesia not many people know about this island, most of them just know Bali, Lombok and Manado as exotic beach. In Bintan, we have an exotic beach, we called it Trikora Beach.

Holiday in Ubud Bali Indonesia Part 2

Holiday in Bali is not perfect if you don't visit the wonderful temples in Bali. Bali has many temples. But this time, I am visiting one of Temple in Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple. The location is not so far from Ubud. Because my network is not working well when I visit this location. So I got lost many times, so I don't know how many times to get there from Ubud.

Some people Baliness are nice, but one man who is not friendly. He made us got lost. The location is near there house but he made us lost. So bad man, but that is o.k. When see the temple, the sadness feeling gone so fast.

Holiday in Ubud Bali Indonesia Part 1

I decided go to Bali to Holiday and also doing something to find "magic" to improve my skill and imagination to write story about anything. Bali is famous and amazing place. Plus in Bali, I also meet wonderful friend. My flight Jakarta to Bali in the night around 08.40 PM in Terminal C Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta, Indonesia.

I never in Terminal C at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Indonesia. I usually in airport Terminal B. Because I used transportation public, I go to airport from Gambir Station around 04.30 PM and I arrived in airport around 5.30 PM. So I should waiting long time before take off to Bali. There is so many people who want to flight to Bali, Surabaya and some town in Indonesia by Airasia. In that terminal the dominant airport is Airasia dan flight to Bali to other destination Bali in Terminal 3.

I am so exciting in that time, even I am also confused because the custom so different and I should pay custom Soekarno-Hatta airport to Ngurah Rai Denpasar Bali is 40.000 IDR per person. As usu

Yogyakarta, the wonderful city to spend holiday in this city. Full of culture and also wonderful place to get hunting stuff to shopping time at Traditional Market in Zero street Malioboro.

The front section has a wide range of batik – mostly inexpensive batik cap (stamped batik) – while the 2nd floor is dedicated to cheap clothes and shoes. Most interesting of all, though, is the old section towards the back. Crammed with warungs and stalls selling a huge variety of fruit and vegetables, this is still very much a traditional market. The range of rempah rempah (spices) on the 1st floor is quite something.

Bintan Island | Luxurious Holiday in Lagoon

Some travelers maybe is not familiar with Bintan Island in Indonesia, many people just know the East Java, Bali and Manado. Bintan island is one part of Indonesia. This island near by Singapore and Malaysia. Maybe a few traveler just know about Batam island but Bintan island still not familiar. Don't worry, let's find out about the wonderful island. Bintan is the largest island in the Riau Archipelago, which comprises almost 3,000 large and small islands, immediately across Singapore and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The islands stretch from the Straits of Malacca all the way to the South China Sea. The town of Tanjung Pinang is the capital of this province, located on the south western shore of Bintan.
